Victorian-era vampire with hedonistic tendencies. Highly skilled in music, poetry, the natural sciences, murder, and depraved sexual activities. Aggressively English. Unapologetically immoral. Loves his wife. Uncomfortable with expressing any kind of emotion except disdain. Would probably have sex with you.
Appearance
Everything about Laszlo's appearance is meticulous, from his black-painted fingernails to his well-groomed beard. He is typically dressed in elegant three-piece suits constructed of velvet or silk brocade in black, red, or hunter green, accented with lace or a simple cravat. His dark hair is layered to the shoulders, framing his face in a way that makes his unusual pallor even more noticeable. Though solidly built, he carries himself with a predatory grace and is prone to theatrics, often speaking with his hands and over-enunciating in his already posh accent. He usually has a demeanor of aloof coolness, but can get carried away in moments of productive mania or slip into dangerous intensity when provoked.
Skills & Abilities
Animal Affinity
Laszlo can communicate with animals and ask them to do his bidding. The operative word here is "ask"; they often say no. He also has a pungi flute that puts animals in a pliable trance, though he often misplaces it.
Flight
In-game, this is limited to about a quarter mile in any direction. He can also hover off the ground and leap roughly two storeys (~7m/23').
Heightened Senses
Enhanced hearing, sense of smell, and vision. Can see exceptionally well in the dark.
Hypnosis
Capable of hypnotizing humans and commanding them to do simple tasks, though most often he uses this to wipe their memories of something stupid he's just done. Click here to opt-in.
Speed
Vampires have lightning-fast reflexes, assuming they are paying attention, and can move short distances in a split second. Laszlo appears to be slightly faster than other vampires.
Telekinesis
Able to open doors, float items, or throw heavy objects through the air with only a gesture.
Transformation
He can transform into a bat and has also mentioned transforming into a cat. While in these forms, he has the same physical limitations of the creature and cannot speak.
Vampire Physiology
As a dead person, Laszlo does not need to breathe and his heart does not beat. He enjoys a certain amount of superhuman strength, but appears to be physically weaker than older vampires. He can survive a great deal of physical punishment and heal from it very quickly; vampires are functionally immortal unless they are staked in the heart, decapitated, or obliterated by sunlight or fire.

Christian Symbolism
Christian symbols and words cause him to burn. This begins as sizzling and smoke, but he will catch fire and bleed from the eyes with prolonged exposure (for example, if he's inside a church). Symbols which cause reactions are crucifixes and crosses; words which cause reactions are Jesus, Christ, and God.
Holy Water & Silver
Holy water and silver both cause burning on contact with skin. Being bound in silver chains effectively nullifies a vampire's strength.
Human Food & Garlic
Vampires cannot ingest anything but blood; if they do, they will immediately explosively vomit. Laszlo in particular seems disgusted just by the presence and smell of human food, but garlic is noxious to all vampires.
Invitation
He cannot enter a building without express permission, though this can be something as simple as a welcome mat.
Sunlight
The most dangerous thing to a vampire is exposure to the sun. Even a little sliver of sunlight will burn, but full exposure will cause him to burst into flames and crumble to ash and bone in a matter of seconds.
